Paul Wright is Facility Director of the Cordova Wellness Center (CWC) and also maintains a full personal training client load, Monday through Friday from 6am - 6pm. A graduate of the University of Memphis (Magna Cum Laude), with a B.S. in Education (Exercise Science & Health Promotion), Paul has been with CWC since November 2003. His core philosophy for programming can be summed up with the words, "Movement is Medicine". Paul strives to design movement programs for individuals and group which provide for improved performance and functionality.
Paul has been married to his high school sweetheart, Jennifer, for 12 years. They have 4 children: Madeline, 11; Luke, 9; Max, 5; and, Ella (due 11/27/14). When he is not working with clients, Paul can be found engaging in a variety of activities with his family. Little LeagueTM baseball and softball take up much of the summer months while church activities, family gatherings, and time together make up a large portion of his leisure time.
